A little bit about me:

​

My name is Elayne. I was born and raised in Miami, Florida. I have a 16-year-old son whose existence constantly reminds me of how lucky I am. I have 3 precious rescue pups - Halloween, Coconut, and Oliver. And we recently welcomed a new family member - Bug. He is a funny little crazy kitten. 

 

My main hustle is in the legal field. I am a paralegal who works side-by-side with some of the nation's top personal injury attorneys. Helping individuals and their families navigate through life-altering moments has been an incredibly rewarding journey for me since the age of 17. I've always had a special interest in serving my community and am so thankful for each stepping stone that led me to where I am today.

My soap story: 

 

Not long after the pandemic began, I found an interest in making old-fashioned soap. I read a lot and watched countless videos. After much trial and error, I taught myself how to make soap that is free of preservatives and all other chemicals harmful to humans and our environment. 

​

Soap-making quickly became a creative outlet for me. When I make soap, I feel like an artist. I turn up a little tune and melt away into the moment.
